MY TAIJI MASTER

MY TAIJI MASTER

Master's Inspiration

Taiji and Energy

Energy sources:
  • Cosmic Energy - from water, air, wind, sun, moon and fire.
  • Balance Diet - food of 5 colours; including seeds, fruits, vegetables but minimise the intake of meat.
  • Positive Thinking - reflection, joy over successes, sending good thoughts to others.
  • Love and Compassion - unconditional love, forgive and forget, sharing.
  • Self activation - movement of Taiji, Yoga and other forms of proven meditation.
  • Peace of Mind - give time to yourself everyday; e.g. Walking in the park, reading good articles.
  • Giving - donation, social work, helping others, talking good about others. If you are well qualified, give 'healing' and 'counselling'.
Purified energy will lead to the right speech, right action and right thought.

These in turn will manifest out as in your 'True Self'.

Taiji and Cosmic Energy
  • Taiji is an 'art of science' and the understanding of cosmic energy. The cosmic atmosphere is the 'Mother' and our physical body is the 'son'.
  • We rely so much in the 'in-out' breathing to keep us alive. The art of Taiji with the understanding of scientific principles and systems helps us to merge our physical body with the cosmic. This is how we can live a long, healthy and meaningful life.
  • The merging of the 'Mother' and 'son' will quicken the transformation in our physical system. This transformation will bring forth our compassion and unconditional love from within. That is - such qualities cannot be developed by oneself.

Practise the following:
  • Take balanced diet.
  • Exercise everyday.
  • Sleep before 12:00 midnight.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Think positively.
  • Always look at the positive characteristics of your friends and loved ones.

Avoid using these excuses for not attending Taiji classes:
  • Heavy rain
  • Do not feel like doing anything
  • Need to take a break
  • Troublesome to go alone
  • Can always make it on another day
These excuses are given because it is taken for granted that the teacher is always around. When the teacher travels to teach overseas, he finds the foreign students are very hard-working. They learn and work very hard to get as much as possible because they know that the teacher is there 'for only a short while and will leave soon'.
