Master's Inspiration

A. 宗師說的三不動。

1。頭不動。頭動會失去中心,接不到天之气。

气會上漲,就會站不穩。

2。身不動。身動不能把气集中在下丹田,虚實不能更換。必须有上下,左右,和前後的虚實的轉動。

3。手不動。以意和气帶動两手。所以意到,气到,劲就會到,一起到。発人出去就容易多了。手上就有陰陽的轉变。


B. 太極松柔五境界。

松開,松散,松沉,松靜,松化。

一層功夫一層體會的事,要慢慢來。


C.教导学员

老師應該教导学员認識和恢复他自己的潜能,自身本有先天的陰陽开合。


D.明白體内浩然之气

要明白體内浩然之气。气是指大腦神經感觉到的一種遇動狀態。要注意内動之气而善養它。鬆靜自然,中正安舒。

Benefits of Tai Chi training - Continue


The 5 senses – Sight, Hearing, Taste, Smell and Touch, need to be enhanced to strengthen the internal organs and to enable the right amount of secretions to various parts of the body and systems.

This will develop and enhance the 'Qi' or 'Life Force' that consists of vibration, heat, electricity, light, rays, magnetism, latent power . . . and others that have not been discovered.

This 'Qi' is useful for self-healing or healing of others. It will also improve the Sixth Sense (Consciousness, the human CPU) that interpret and compartmentalize data gathered by the 5 senses so it can be utilized for many purposes in life.

Clear thoughts will then prevail and you will be able to perceive the immediate internal and external outcomes of various coming events, including :
