A Personal Invitation to share All about Taiji Quan exercises. As a Taiji enthusiast, and only concentrating on the Yang Style 37 steps popularised by Great Grand Master Zheng Man Qing (Cheng Man Ching), I felt compelled to ensure that this 'Great Art (and also very scientific) form of exercise and Self-defence' be perpetuated for the good of mankind. I welcome all to view, read, comment and contribute and help to ensure continuity for the benefits of all man.
A. 宗師說的三不動。
1。頭不動。頭動會失去中心,接不到天之气。
气會上漲,就會站不穩。
2。身不動。身動不能把气集中在下丹田,虚實不能更換。必须有上下,左右,和前後的虚實的轉動。
3。手不動。以意和气帶動两手。所以意到,气到,劲就會到,一起到。発人出去就容易多了。手上就有陰陽的轉变。
B. 太極松柔五境界。
松開,松散,松沉,松靜,松化。
一層功夫一層體會的事,要慢慢來。
C.教导学员
老師應該教导学员認識和恢复他自己的潜能,自身本有先天的陰陽开合。
D.明白體内浩然之气
要明白體内浩然之气。气是指大腦神經感觉到的一種遇動狀態。要注意内動之气而善養它。鬆靜自然,中正安舒。
